Mirm’s Birthday Dinner
Miriam, my aunt, came by for a birthday dinner. We did hot pot for her which a delicious family-style soup. You share a common pot into which you place thin slices of meat, mushrooms, bean curd, and udon noodles and cook them during dinner.
