We found these cherry blossom prints in a small Japanese futon store named “Dragon Mama” in Hilo, Hawaii while on our honeymoon this past June. Unfortunately, they were sold out in store and backorded from the distributor. But, they finally arrived! These “noren” are japanese curtains which traditionally hang in doorways (they have a split in the middle that allows passage), but we thought that they would look lovely on our wall. We simply took two pewter curtain hangers and attached them to the vacant space above our couch. After almost two months of waiting, that empty spot is finally decorated.
