The OMSI had a retired diesel sub harbored outside. This particular vessel was retired in the early ninties. It had two large noisy diesel engines and an array of lead acid batteries that helped it move forward. The diesel engines competed for available oxygen and the lead batteries, for water.

Jenn has been on a knitting binge. We found a specialty yarn store called Yard Garden nestled among the trendy Hawhorne Street shops. They have more yarns, dyes, and textures than I have ever experienced. Jenn pointed out that Thaki means ‘poop’ in Ilicano.
Jenn got her wisdom teeth out today. This was the first time ever that she has gone under general anathesia and suffice to say, she was a bit anxious. I get to take care of her for the next few days.
