Jenn and I headed into San Francisco after a long day of errands and cars. Spencer Day is a young, modern jazz musician and singer with a penchant for singing using intoxicating half-steps and reworking the lyrical pieces of the likes of Burt Baccarat and Debussy. Yoshi’s doubles as a restaurant and lounge where occupants can order food while being entertained. We shared a tasty salmon burger and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves this evening. I wore my black biker’s jacket much to Jenn’s chagrin. However we found some other Yoshi patrons in similar attire. I knew San Francisco wouldn’t let me down.
