I made this without a pattern. I walked into a local upholstery shop and asked them if they had any scrap leather. This leather used to be part of a couch. Now that’s what I call good “up-cycling”. The hardware is from a local hardware store–the fellow who ran the shop seemed rather confused when I came in and said that I was making a purse and needed some brass pieces for it.
