“All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances;” remarked the melancholy Jaques in Shakespeare’s As You Like It. We headed downtown to the San Jose Repertory theatre. This inviting and creative production used three large panels as the backdrop that employed six projectors which literally filled the background with imagery. The entire set moved with the bitterness o winter into the efulgent spring and was even employed to display videos which heightened moments like Orlando’s wrestling match. All in all it was an excellent and professional show at the highest production value.
