It’s hard to tell from the picture, but the minivan is parked in the middle of the parking lot. Someone was inside, but had reclined their seat and sat napping. We are still not certain if they were aware where that their car was not parked in a parking space and blocked the lot.

Jenn wanted to pick up a board game that we could play with each other. We stopped by Game Kastle and picked up Dominion, a really fun card game. Their promotion program has a point system. On the receipt was the message, “You have gained a level!!!”

A stroll down the street brought us to Sweet Peas Cafe for Crepes and this gelato shop. The weather was perfect in the shade.

We didn’t know this part of Los Gatos existed. It’s a bit off from the main downtown, but full of trendy boutiques and restaurants. We found it while searching for a barber shop. Pictures show some of the older downtown buildings and Jenn in her natural element.

San Francisco Opera had a livecast of Aida in AT&T. We met my aunts Andrea and Miriam there. Jenn and I came up on the caltrain and snagged seats behind first base. The best part was it was free and free to bring your own food.

Of all the days this week, I was to come early on Thursday–as were the tree trimmers. >

For 1/3 off our favorite Korean-Sushi place, we had to take Jenn’s mom. Momma Jean and Nanai came up for labor day weekend.
