Jenn has been on a sewing warpath. We picked up a sewing machine and serger which we found on sale. These versions are Baby-Lock, a Japanese-American brand.

I always see more families and younger children in Portland–it’s just a more family-friendly place. These were two of the humorous findings.
We stayed at The Nines, a fun, hip downtown hotel. They took the time to put together an interesting decor which made the experience.
