It’s so much fun to play with Mama Jean. Sometime Jack has a little trouble falling asleep. Here he is catching some z’s during his birthday party.

There aren’t very many occasions that we get to have dinner with my parents. It was great that they were able to make it out for the weekend. Luckily Stanford was playing Oregon.

Jack’s Birthday with friends and family was a big hit. Two grandmas came into town came out of the toy store with just about everything.

The Plaza hotel was built in 1927 and has a spectacular grand lobby replete with large chandeliers and gold-highlighted, terraced mezzanine.

In the middle of the night something buzzed and popped. The circuit breaker tripped and in the morning we found that an outlet had short circuited. In our apartment there was an outlet with improperly covered wires which actually started a small fire–luckily things were only charred and didn’t catch ablaze.

Miriam came down from SF and gave Jenn and I a night out. I took Jenn to Golfland. It was good to get out and just enjoy the time together.
