One of the best parts about our complex is having a wide open park in the middle of the complex.

At the turn of the century, denizens of Portland wanted to build out a highway that would carefully navigate the beautiful Oregon landscape. They decided to erect a motorist stop atop Crown Point. In 1918, Vista House was completed with resplendent views, stained glass and gorgeous masonry.
Forty miles outside of Portland are a series of waterfalls. The biggest and most spectacular is Multnimah falls. A short walk up the side gets you to a stone brindle built in 1917 that takes you across the upper basin and falls.
My goal is to attend each and every McMenamins in Portland.
